After obtaining a bachelors degree in Business Administration from GNDU, Mr. Sahil Kapoor completed his Masters in Business Administration in Marketing and Sales from Amity University. Sahil has been a member of the pioneering team that started RE/MAX in India. He has been responsible for various roles and responsibilities which have included Franchise Sales, Training, Franchise Development, Developers Relations, National and International Property Shows in the US and Canada etc. He also successfully run the region of Delhi NCR as an independent entity. Under his able leadership, RE/MAX Delhi NCR has won two International Awards for Net Office Gain and Net Agent Gain namely at the RE/MAX International Convention in Las Vegas in 2014. Sahil has also been the face of RE/MAX for its PR Activities and has appeared on various Property Shows on different National Television Channels. Currently, Mr. Sahil Kapoor is the Executive Director of RE/MAX India.


Shipra Sharma

Shipra Sharma has been associated with RE/MAX India since its inception in 2009. She joined RE/MAX after completing her PGDBM in Marketing from IMS Ghaziabad. She also holds a Bachelors degree in Economics & Mathematics from Jesus & Mary College- Delhi University.

Shipra is very passionate about the Real estate market and thus has been vigorously involved in the shaping and growth of RE/MAX in India. During her tenure, she has played multiple roles and responsibilities covering Franchise Sales, Franchise Development, Marketing and PR. She actively participated in conducting various franchise shows and roadshows held at various locations from time to time. She left RE/MAX in 2011 on personal grounds for a short while only to come back and realize her strong bond for RE/MAX India. Varun Khanna

Mr. Khanna has operated for more than two and half decades across sectors ranging from IT Services, Infrastructure, and Real Estate. He has played an instrumental role in setting up and scaling businesses in more than 30 countries.

As start-up CEO of construction operations in Dubai, he was directly responsible for concluding Multi-Billion Dollar deals in Infrastructure development in power sector in India and large scale construction projects in Middle East. Currently, he is a Director at Ireo and plays an active role in strategy, sales and operations of the company.

A native of Istanbul, Turkey, Armenian by origin, Kirkor Ajderhanyan joined the family construction and land development business at the age of 20, and since then he has been actively participating in all phases of real estate development from conception to sales. The family business was relocated to Nice, France in 1978, where Kirkor continued to work until 1999 when he, with his wife Karine, created “107 Promenade International Real Estate Agency,” currently a prominent market leader specializing in seafront apartments in Nice and throughout the French Riviera, as well as luxury properties in France and worldwide through selected international partners. Following their tradition, Kirkor and Karine’s children are today all involved in the “107 Promenade Company”.

Actively participating in the real estate organizations, Kirkor has been a member of the French National Real Estate Association (FNAIM), since 1999. In 2006 he earned the professional designation of Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), conferred upon him by the US National Association of Realtors, and soon after the professional certification of TRC (Transnational Referral Certified).

Kirkor was instrumental in the formation of an International Relations Department at FNAIM, which organizes annual international congresses, attracting attendees from more than 40 countries worldwide. He currently serves as the President of FNAIM French Riviera International Relations Committee. Eddie Santos graduated from the prestigious Jesuit-run Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines with a degree of Business Management in March of 1993.
