Onsite Registrations

Registration after August 10, 2016 will be considered as onsite registration. All pre-registered participants are requested to carry a print-out of their registration confirmation to the Convention venue.

Payment Options

Please note registration forms without payments will not be accepted

  • Credit Card: To pay online visit the Convention Website click here
  • Bank Transfer: Please add the Bank Transfer charges to the amount you pay to your bank along with the completed registration form. Please enclose a copy of the payment/ Transaction Advise obtained from your bank with the registration form. This is necessary to identify and confirm your payment.

    Registration forms indicating payment by Bank Transfer but received without a copy of Payment/ Transaction Advise cannot be considered.

    Delegate Name, Company Address and Mobile Number should be written on the reverse of cheque/DD and to be sent to the address given below along with the completed registration forms. Demand Drafts/ Cheques received with the registration form cannot be considered.

  • Convention programme content and the venue can be subject to change without notice and will not impact the Terms & Conditions.
  • Submission of signed registration form and payment acknowledges that you have read and understood all terms and conditions of this registration form including, without limitation, the provisions relating to cancellation and to payment terms.

Cancellation /Refund Policy:

No refund of fee under any circumstances.
