The 8th Annual Convention of the National Association of Realtors-India (NAR-INDIA), to be held over August 13 & 14, 2016 at New Delhi, promises to be the biggest realty event in India, bringing together industry leaders and realty experts from across the world. NAR-INDIA has always been at the forefront of the real estate conversation and the 8th Convention continues to uphold this tradition with its focus on the development and sustainability of smart cities, both in India and abroad.

New Delhi, the capital of India, is the hub of policy formulation and the think tank of the country. Along with the cities of Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, it forms the National Capital Region (NCR) – a fast growing demographic that has seen exponential growth over the last two decades. Alongside this fast-paced growth, New Delhi also retains the old world charm of historical India, with the Red Fort Complex, Qutb Minar and Humayun’s Tomb ranking among UNESCO’s World Heritage sites. With a population of over 16 million New Delhi is home to the national government, corporates, industries and educational & research institutions, making it one of the most diverse and cosmopolitan cities in India.

On August 13 & 14, 2016 the NAR-INDIA 8th Annual Convention, New Delhi will be the epicentre of the Indian realty industry. The two-day event will be packed with engaging and enlightening lectures, expositions, panel-discussions and brain-storming sessions for over 1200 realtors, developers, architects, investors, corporate real estate heads, venture capital firms, equity fund, project & facility managers, property valuers, chartered accountants and others from India and across the globe.
